How to Submit Your Exhibit Hall Request:

☑At this time, our 2024 Exhibit Hall is full. If you are interested in being on a waiting list for a booth, please email the Exhibit Hall Chairs, Chip Williams and Joni Sutton, at exhibits@mmea.org. If there is enough interest, we will expand the hall.

☑Download and read all 2024 MMEA Exhibit Information.
☑ Review the 2024 Exhibit Hall Layout for available booths. PREMIUM BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT!
☑ Submit your 2024 Exhibit Booth Request (Link removed 12.12.23 when Exhibit Hall filled for 2024). Include multiple booth preferences. (Registration for full benefits on or before January 10)
☑ Receive contract and invoice from MMEA by email.
☑ Booth assignment priority process: MMEA Clinic Sponsors get first choice of booths before opening to all exhibitors. Booths are assigned in order of paid Invoices.

☑ Reserve your room online at the Hilton in the block of rooms reserved for MMEA! 2024 Discounted block rate is $127/night.
